At inkMind, we strive to deliver the highest quality of services. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Refunds will only be considered for services that have not been initiated or if there is a failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon services.

1.2 Custom or ongoing services are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

2. Process for Requesting a Refund

2.1 To request a refund, please contact us at contact@inkmind.in within 7 days of the service agreement date.

2.2 Provide details about the service purchased, payment proof, and reason for the refund request.

3. Processing Time

3.1 Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within an additional 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Services

4.1 No refunds will be issued for completed services, consultations, or third-party tools/licenses purchased on your behalf.

5. Changes to Refund Policy

5.1 inkMind reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
